I watched this goldfinch shake a plant to find seeds for his breakfast. In his quest for food, this little bird was also helping spread seeds to ensure new plants next spring.
And I had a thought. In its perfection, nature is always transforming. But to my human mind, the process can look a bit messy.
And I realized I sometimes view life’s challenges through that lens…messy situations that need tidying up.
Maybe life isn’t simply a series of messy complications. Maybe each situation is perfectly designed to transform and to seed learning and blessings.
So perhaps I can simply enjoy it all. All the ups and downs and in-betweens that make life interesting.
