Butterflies always lighten my mood and make my heart beat a little faster. This lovely swallowtail flitted a bit and then landed on a thistle.

As I continued wandering, I had a thought. Perhaps the butterfly was a reminder that our beautiful planet is graced with more light than we know.
And I find that reassuring in these uncertain times. A wise being once said if you focus on the light, the light will expand.
So perhaps it’s time to be inspired by all that is good and kind and hopeful in our world. And then watch the light grow.
